We supply lead screws with very high precision, preferably in backlash-free versions down to 1.25 micron repeatable accuracy in both directions.
The lead screws are available with or without Teflon coating and, if necessary, complete with linear guide. Our lead screws and linear rails can be combined with our electric motors.

Linear units with or without motor for precision applications.
We deliver complete linear units consisting of our precision rolled lead screws, preferably in backlash-free versions. In combination with our linear guides the linear units form a very compact solution. The linear drives are available in complete motorized versions with or without built-in programmable drive electronics. For industrial applications or where extreme dynamics is required, Dunkermotoren´s linear motors (servo tube) is suitable. All linear units are optimized for high axial loads and precise positioning.
Our linear units are adapted to our flexible modular concept and based on these we can select a wide variety of standard adjustments to meet the requirements of different properties that are important based for each application. By selecting one of our ready-made solutions where the original design is calculated for high axial loads, improved specifications can be achieved at attractive price in comparison to a solution consisting of individual components (motor, shaft coupling, storage, linear screw, linear guide, motor and drive electronics).
